type='text'>Gratin provençal</title><content type='html'>Ingrédients&lt;br /&gt;- 1 grosse courgette&lt;br /&gt;- 1 gros oignon&lt;br /&gt;- 1 boîte de lardons fumés&lt;br /&gt;- 1 boite de concentré de tomates&lt;br /&gt;- Sel, poivre&lt;br /&gt;- Huile d'olive&lt;br /&gt;- 1 càs de farine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recette Gratin provençal&lt;br /&gt;1/ Éplucher et couper en lamelle une grosse courgette.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2/ Émincer un gros oignon et faites le dorer à la poêle.&lt;br /&gt;Faites revenir une boite de lardons.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3/ Dans un saladier mélanger la courgette, l'oignon, les lardons et une boite de concentré de tomates coupée avec un peu d’eau, une cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive et une cuillère à soupe de farine. Saler, poivrer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4/ Verser dans un plat allant au four.&lt;br /&gt;Recouvrir d’une couche généreuse de fromage râpé. sucré&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recette Confiture de lait&lt;br /&gt;1ère méthode de cuisson :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/Mettez-la (toujours fermée) dans une casserole et recouvrez-la légèrement d'eau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2/ Laissez frémir pendant au moins deux heures et rajoutez de l'eau si nécessaire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3/ Laissez refroidir et mettez au frais.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br choix : crottins, chèvres frais, bûche...)&lt;br /&gt;- Mesclun&lt;br /&gt;- Une barquette de lardons ou de bacon fumés&lt;br /&gt;- Pignons de pin&lt;br /&gt;- 1 petite courgette&lt;br /&gt;- 4 grandes tranches de pain de campagne&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour la sauce :&lt;br /&gt;- Sel, poivre&lt;br /&gt;- 1 citron&lt;br /&gt;- Huile d'olive&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recette Salade de chèvre chaud&lt;br /&gt;1/ Lavez la salade et disposez-la directement dans les assiettes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2/ Dans une poêle, faite griller à sec les pignons de pin. Réservez.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3/ Dans la même poêle, faites revenir les lardons sans ajout de matière grasse. Réservez-les. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4/ Préparez la sauce : dans un bol, mettez le sel, le poivre, pressez le jus de citron et ajoutez de l'huile d'olive. Mélangez bien. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5/ Lavez et coupez la courgette en rondelles fines.
